Recently my son was nice enough to point out that he thought I was crazy for a joke that I made. I simply looked down at him and said, "You're right and I have documentation that proves it". Look at yourself kindly, don't let fear take you over. There is hope for everyone. 
I enjoy working with others to help them find their path to freedom and happiness.
I write about  teach and practice mental & spiritual health. I am currently writing a book on Being Bipolar.
